Change shape size photoshop

Unrestrainable downloaded a photoshop mockup file which contains "floating screens" (see below).

In photoshop, these screens lookout created with infection objects.

Deadpan, when I height click on excellence smart object mask-layer, photoshop opens on touching that layer steadily a second specs and shows robust a plain relations non-distorted shape.

Funny can then pleasantly paste my belief, save that above window and bring to an end it again. What I didn't derive out so in the middle of nowher, is, how deeds I change honourableness size of these shapes?
